All visuals offered in the Picture it webshop are copyrighted. Purchased visuals are for private use or use within the organization and cannot be returned.

The visuals are based on personality rights, which means that the visuals may not be changed without the express permission of Picture it.

 

What IS allowed, under certain conditions:

• using the visual for coaching or training purposes in a presentation or as a poster/print

• physically handing out a print of the visual to participants of a training/course, provided this does not concern more than 100 participants. For more than 100 participants, explicit permission is required and a license amount is due, according to the following scale:

  • 101 - 500 persons: € 100

  • > 500 people: € 250

• sharing a low-resolution file* of the visual by e-mail to customers, relations or participants of a training/ course or any other group of recipients, provided this does not concern more than 100 people. For more than 100 people, explicit permission is required and a license amount is due, according to the scale below:

  • 101 - 500 persons: € 100

  • > 500 people: € 250

• uploading and/or distributing a low resolution file* via website or social media, with attribution 'Sandra Stroeve - Picture it' and/or link to www.pictureit.nl

What is NOT allowed without explicit permission from Picture it:

• physically multiplying (printing / printing on paper, merchandise or otherwise) and distributing the visual to more than 100 people. Distribution to more than 100 persons is only allowed after express permission from Picture it. In addition, a license fee is due, according to the following scale:

  • 101 - 500 persons: € 100

  • > 500 people: € 250

• uploading and/or sharing online, via email, website or social media, of the high resolution file

• uploading and/or online sharing, via e-mail, website or social media, of a low resolution file* without attribution 'Sandra Stroeve - Picture it' and/or link to www.pictureit.nl

• selling (a file of) the visual
